3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.


4. Pet Health and Safety

All pets must be in suitable condition for grooming. Owners must disclose any medical, behavioral, or temperament issues before the appointment. Grooming elderly, anxious, or aggressive pets is done at the owner’s risk.
